The PCN Cannabis Congres 2024 will host 4 panel debates with leading cannabis entrepreneurs and experts, presented with knowledge, speed and humor by BNR figurehead Bas van Werven. The central themes at the congress will be the cannabis experiment in The Netherlands and the developments around cannabis in Germany.
The cannabis experiment has been running since June 17 in all 10 participating municipalities. Germany in the meanwhile has decriminalized possession, home cultivation and non-commercial cannabis clubs as of April 1. That is the first pillar of the new cannabis law, the second consists of pilot projects with commercial cultivation and sales. But how and when? A number of insiders discuss the developments and prospects in the largest and richest EU country.
The PCN Cannabis Congres 2024 will finish with a street food dinner and the presentation of the Cannabis Industry Awards.
